Rose DiTillo

Rose serves as the Assistant Director of Pedagogy and Curriculum with Tutor-ND. In this role, she supports both tutors and instructional coaches in their efforts to improve outcomes for students in local South Bend schools.

Rose earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Aquinas College with a minor in English. She then volunteered with the Lasallian Volunteers for two years, an experience that helped her explore her interest in education. After teaching high school English, she earned a Master's degree in English from Saint Louis University. She first joined the Institute for Educational Initiatives as an Instructional Coach with Tutor-ND, and she loves that she still gets to be part of this important work.

She loves to spend time outside with her husband and their two children - especially on the St. Joseph River!
